Scarlet Gray Hypnosis was created because of the winding road of life I travelled that lead to a beautiful view, this is where Scarlet Gray Hypnosis stemmed from, and from here grows a continuous free range vine of Self- Hypnosis sessions to awake the soul and lighten the spirit.
All material is written and recorded personally and intuitively by me, drawn from my own personal experiences, challenges and needs.
Sitting in the sun and writing recordings is often joined by my two children ~ the sunshines of my life, and my Husband who inspires me every day! I love to watch the garden grow, drink green smoothies and laugh with myself and my family along the way.
